My Experience With CanSpace Solutions
If you are looking for web-hosting solutions, or shopping around for a new Canadian web hosting provider, CanSpace Solutions is a great option. I recently signed up to test out their services and want to write about my experience here.
In my experience, having great hosting is not only important, it’s critical…especially when you need reliable service so that your website runs fast and smoothly, without problems.
After signing up for their shared hosting package I went ahead and set up a simple WordPress website. As with most hosting providers, they use cPanel so this part was easy (as it should be). Since setting up my website it’s been fast and I have not had any notable issues with downtime.
I did have a couple support questions but they were answered in a short amount of time. Typically under 5 minutes.
As for pricing, CanSpace offers free domains when you purchase on an annual plan. Obviously that means you have to purchase a year in advance but for me it’s cheap enough to where that is a good deal.
Lastly in the way of support, I’d like to mention that the CanSpace customer service team is very good, and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I prefer the live chat support to hopping on a phone call as I find things are usually resolved much quicker. So I’m glad they offer live chat as an option. They also have a ton of resources on their blog for clients which help with commonly asked questions.
In summary I’ve had a good experience and would recommend this hosting company. What has been your experience with CanSpace? Have you try them?
